From what I saw in the training, we need to keep chargebacks under 3%. Are we on our own to take care of these?

Correct. Keep chargebacks under 3% over a 4-month period. It's easier than it seems because we make it easy for customers to cancel instead of issuing chargebacks. Training webinars will cover this.
